Pricing & Currency:

• All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include German statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) of 19%.

• For orders outside the EU, prices do not include import VAT or duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment Methods:

• We accept secure payments via the Stripe gateway, including major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

• Your payment information is encrypted. We do not store complete credit card details.

Order Processing & Shipping:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

• We ship via DHL or Deutsche Post, offering standard and optional expedited shipping.

• Delivery times vary by destination. Typically 3-7 business days within the EU, and 7-20 business days outside the EU.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

• Please note that shipping delays may occur and are outside our direct control.

Duties & Import Taxes:

• Customers outside the EU are ultimately responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees levied by their country. Please consult your local customs office before ordering.

Order Modifications & Cancellations:

• To modify or cancel an order, please email info@curvavigor.com immediately. We cannot cancel orders that have already reached "Fulfilled" status.
