Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pfirsichhaut Schönheit und Pflege UG, we are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • All accessories, free gifts, and original documentation (if applicable) must be included.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@curvavigor.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and the return address (located within Germany).

  3. Ship the Item Back: Please ship the item using a trackable method. Clearly mark the RMA code on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  4. Refund Processing: We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Details:

  • Only the product cost will be refunded; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.

  • If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
