Return and Refund Policy - CurvaVigor™
At CurvaVigor™, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness and skincare
products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our
return and refund policy allows you to return products under the following
conditions.


1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 30 days from the date of
receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to
provide a reason or incur penalties.


2.Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:
● Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
● Products must be returned with their original, undamaged packaging.
● Products must be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.

3. Return Procedure
To return an item, please follow these steps:

us of your intent to return the product(s). Include your order number and
reason for the return.
2. Wait for our email confirmation with return shipping instructions.
3.Ship the product(s) to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are
the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part
(defective product or delivery error).


4. Refund
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of
the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

return. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend

6. Exchanges

replacement at no additional cost.
